Cell C has got to be the worst service provider I have ever come across! I took my phone last year on a business contract in February 2012. The phone started giving me problems in March this year. It crashes; it is slow to download anything; it crashes whenever you try to access any application - I have to keep it connected to the charger the whole day whether at work or in the car otherwise it just switches off. I went to the Menlyn branch on 9 June 2013, with the hope of having it taken in for repairs - I was told there were no loan phones and there are no guarantees I would get one. After calling the customer service since Sunday, yesterday, a guy from the store calls me and tells me there was a loan phone at the store and I must come get it. I leave work early, get to the store and after queuing for over 30 mins I was told there was no phone! I call the customer service again and they tell me to call today, 14 June 2013, to be put through to the Cover dept. Cover dept refers me to Follow-up & they in turn refer me to Customer service and then Repairs who also tell me they have no phone. Why am I treated like thrash after I pay so much every much for the business contract?
