NO REFUNDS AFTER 4 MONTHS

I cancelled a Vodacom Contract End of March 2013, received cancellation letter etc. 4 Months later VODACOM is still deducting money from my account & I still have not received ANY refunds as was promised to me. So what is next...? So fed up with this country and suppliers like this. I always had problems with VODACOM. Very unhappy!
