Pathetic passing of the back

On Friday the 2nd of August I phoned Jackie and upgraded my daughter's cell phone contract. She asked what type of phone I want and I told her the waterproof Sony. She advised me there are three types of waterproof sonys. The Go the Z and the E. They do not have the go in stock and the Z is about R400 a month. The E is R129 a month, I took the e. Minutes later I went onto the Internet to look what the phone looks like. IT WAS NOT A WATERPROOF PHONE. I phoned back and cancelled the upgrade immediately but Cell C and specifically Jackies supervisor had left and they could not cancel the upgrade. Jackie however promised she would phone me on Saturday at 9h00 as I was seeing a client at 10H00. She phoned me at 09H50 and I told her I am about to meet to meet my client she needs to phone me on Monday. This never happened. On the Tuesday Cell C delivered the sony E to my house. I have spoken to Crean (supervisor) who feels he it is nice of him to look into the matter - not his job and his manager does Samsung promotions and can not speak to clients! Pathetic. Delivering and tempting a 10 year old with a phone while the upgrade was cancelled. Way to go Cell C.
