Overbilling and no response from customer service

My emails dated 18/25/28/30 March and 2/5/12/15/17/20/29 April and on the 10th May evenually Sidefree Valoyi phones me back and says he has sorted out my account and Cell C will compromise and cut the account owed in half I hever get my accounts emailed to me and I am always requesting them, There was an upgrade in March and they have opened two accounts, In February I wanted to 400 straight up ase Festival Mall branch I was i was misinformed about my data package and was credited on 20/2/13. I could not upgrade before my account was paid up. Because of Cell C's incompetance I told them to take my account back as if I was on the 400 straight up packages as from 1 February as they only changed it on the 20th March to 400 straight up. I have requested an escalation and to speak to the legal department over 20 calls to customer service telling them that I have been overbilled with sms's that I have personally gone through each call, ticked it off and I have proof on my phone that they just double/tripple charge for one calls and calls of numbers unknown. Both persons above promised they will call me back between a specific time and have not!!! They cut me off today!!!
