SOMEONE CHOSE TO CHANGE MY BIS EXPIRY DATE!

Something is terribly wrong here... when I applied for my cellphone contracts almost 2 years ago, it was the 21st November 2011. Every month from there on my BIS would expire around that time. But now, today, the 14th June 2013, I saw that my phone was not connecting to the net, it would alternate between GSM and edge - instead of the big EDGE. I contacted Cell C and spoke to a very friendly and professional agent who confirmed that my BIS has expired. IM ONLY GETTING MY AIRTIME TOMORROW, THE 15TH, JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER MONTH!! Who changed my BIS expiry date and WHY???

Secondly, this is the upteenth time that I am reporting this; everytime I get into my residential area, Protea North, my phone goes from EDGE to edge then to GSM... EVERYDAY!! Am I not supposed to use my phone at home? Its not just me, my sister too. Mind you, I convinced her to take up a contract with Cell C, but she is also frustrated by the network issue. Can someone PLEASE fix the network coverage in the PROTEA NORTH area?? It really can't be that hard.

For now, can someone resolve my BIS issue. It doesn't make sense for my BIS to expire the day before I get my airtime!!
