MTN East Rand Mall and MTN is the most useless place I have ever come across. It had to take them 3 weeks to solve my issue with my Iphone, once I am contacted to say it is ready and I get to MTN I am told that I have to wait because they lost my paper work, I had to wait for an hour to eventually receive a phone which I did not ask for (it should have been white not black) but what do you expect from useless staff. I then phoned 808 to cancel the BIS service that still gets charged since January, when I asked for a refund I'm told ERM has to do it and they said 808 has to do it, now I ask you? Passing the buck from one to another is so much easier than helping customers. I will definetly cancel my contract
