4 Days and still no update on my upgrade

I have been a client of Cell C for about 6 years, I am due for an upgrade and went into the Eastgate branch to do the upgrade but they did not have any Samsung S4 phones in stock and did not know when they were getting any and recommended I contact 084 145 as this service had improved.
I went on there web site on monday morning and requested an upgrade, I was contact quickly and advised that they needed to do a credit check but would contact me later that day or the next day, now Thursday afternoon and still no feed back from them.

So whoever is thinking of changing service proivder to Cell C dont expect any customer service from them, at this rate my contract will have expired and then I can port to another service provide
