I called Nashua yesterday to place an order for a new contract with them. I called in on the 0861531531 number and spoke to a gentleman. I confirmed I wanted a Galaxy S4 and he said they had it for R379 on MTN. We went through all the motions and said he would send it to the nearest branch by Friday. I called today to check on the status of the deal. the person I spoke to said there is no deal that reflects on the system and I have to call sales again and do another contract??? How can this be I spent 20minutes on the phone with the guy the day before. spent all my minutes placing the order and now I must call again?? I have 3 contracts with Nashua but have never received such bad service from them in the past. My upgrade is due month end and I hope I don't have a similar issue.
