CELL NO. DELETATED FROM THE NETWORK

On 15 May 2013 at around 16h00, I was surprised when my cell phone went off. I contacted Autopage the following day and was told to be patient as the matter would be sorted out. On 20 May 2013, I called 0861232424 to share my frustration and was given Ref. No. 2584334.A certain Tina also confirmed the number was deactivated. When I checked the reasons thereof, I was told the matter was handled by ITD and would got the respond later. I spoke to Violet, Xolani and Sipho who informed that the matter might be sorted out with Vodacom (Ref. 259454 and 259454). On 27 I insisted to speak to Irece and she promised to come back to me but failed. I drove to Vodacom and was referred to Autopage. Autopage referred me to Vodacom. Xolani adviced me to go to the local Autopage to request a sim-swap. On 28 May Sipho adviced me to buy R105.00 starter pack from the local Auto Autopage and the cell phone would be active the following day but didn't. On 24 June Siphelelo promised to take the matter up and would let me know but failed. On 15 July I sent an e-mail to Siphelelo and copied Nazeen without a response. On 15 July Temba denied me the opportunity to make follow-up with both Siphelelo and Nazeen.
