My DSTV decoder was in need of replacement due to a faulty power supply on the unit. I took my decoder to the Multichoice Customer Service Center in Randburg on Sunday the 3rd of March 2013. I was immediately assisted with a counter number at reception and directed to counter 11 where I was assisted by Xolani and a trainee.
Xolani was knowledgeable and friendly and immediately assisted me with a replacement decoder. The quick response and enthusiastic approach from Xolani was greatly appreciated and I believe that Xolani's approach toward the customer is excellent.
