I've bee with mtn since 2006 and I must say the service and standards are dropping as the years go by. Why should I be paying for internet usage when I'm already paying for the BIS??? Even if the BIS only covers browsing and bbm shouldn't mtn notify all its customers??? When I phoned 808 and spoke to one of the operators and complained about my airtime getting used without my knowledge he told me that mtn deducts the vat amount which is a surprise to me because my monthly bill has the vat amount included in it. Luckily I only have 6 months left on this contract and I will make sure I switch to another network!!!
