Terrible terrible service and STILL not a custome

I have had nothing but trouble with this company since day 1. First their store was closed twice when advertised otherwise. Then finally when the store was open man was helpful. He said he would get back to me with forms. 4 emails later I went in to the store again as I could not get hold of the person directly that I spoke to on the phone. I handed over the necessary documents and then again no feedback for 2 weeks!!! Then I failed the automatic credit check for no known reason and now the manual credit check has taken over a month!!! Still no phone call, email anything to say what is going on!! I phone the call centre often and get passed around and then hung up on or their systems are down and they will phone back which they don't. If they weren't half the price of their competitor I would have given up. In fact I have. This is my last stand to JOIN their service. Be Warned!
