I just want to thank Mweb for their great technical support. I phoned them twice 2 nights ago, the second time just before 22:00 (closing time) for lost information and other support requests and the two different agents; answered the call within 5 seconds, were friendly and the line was clear. With previous ISP's I used to literally wait for 3 hours on the phone to receive an agent that couldn't support me or would transfer me.
To be honest I wish I could remember these two guys names to allow Mweb to know who provided such awesome service.
I am so happy you have your act in order. To receive service like this in South Africa makes me very happy. I'm proud to say I am with Mweb.
