Being kept in the dark

Last week I applied for a Galaxy Tab 2 on MTN Broadband as advertised by you. I was told that one was available but I had to apply for the contract again although I was a client for many years. It would have taken a day or so. I was told that I would be informed when to collect it, probably the next day. As I did not hear from them, I phoned but was told that the Tab was given to someone else and I had to wait for new stock. They promised to keep me informed to what was being done. Each day I wait in vain for their response, then I phone them, only to be told that they would phone me back, something that NEVER happens. I have used a lot of airtime, often been placed on hold, and still does not know what is happening. PLEASE contact me and let me know when I can collect, I am tired of waiting!!!
