I cancelled my contract on the 06/02/2013 and gave 30 day notice, however they still debitted my account for 2 months (apr & may).
I called their call centre on the 04/06/2013 where Craig (consultant) told me that they had placed my letter in the wrong basket, the matter will be looked in to within 7 working days.
I called them to follow up yesterday spoke to Amanda who said a manager will call me back. Up to this day no one has bothered to call me, i did inform her that should i not get any feedback i'm reporting them to hellopeter, still no response
i have had bad service from 8ta since the conception of my contract to the end, i want my money refunded into my account like yesterday..i want nothing to do with the company
