I upgraded my contract on Wednesday 5th June. Included is a data bundle. I was told that it would be 24 hours before it was active. Since then I've been told it would be 6 hours, the third time I was told it was a technical fault. When I asked why I had previously been given time frames that had never materialised, I was told that staff were too scared to tell the truth. I then went to an mtn shop and the call centre phoned by the shop assistant who was td it was a technical problem being worked on. Today, 7 days into my new contract still no data. Another call to Te call centre and a promise of a call back that I'm still waiting for. These are the reference numbers given over the last few days: 101035024 and 2251884. What disgusting service, broken promises and no light at the end of the tunnel.
