I have been a client of MTN for years with only minor problems here and there as expected. When Cell C intriduced 99c per minute and an SUPPOSED improved network I decided to migrate as they advertise." Change your Network!!! MISTAKE THAT COST ME DEARLY IN SO MANY WAYS!!! Cell c network is FAR less relaible and everyone including my work thinks that my phone is OFF when its not. This is not a handset issue as this happend with 2 handsets. I have even received a warning at work for not being available .. I have called myself and yet with two phones in my hand it goes to voice mail. Now this is just the one thing. When I try and use my data after 6 pm .. Foget IT!!! its either so slow that its inpractical or NON existand ..Some times when I call I will even be told that Im NOT registed on the network with Cell C?? I callled support, and tec support, I went to the cell c shop a few times? Lastly i have very important calls that I cant miss and have now to use a mtn phone as a backup to ensure i get my calls 1st time WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY, EFFORT, PATIENCE, AND LOSS OF CLIENTS TO ME!!! I AM FUMING TO SAY THE LEAST. DONT BE CAUGHT LIKE I WAS!!!
