Yesterday my cellphone just all of a sudden did not register my simcard, so when I took it in to the cell c shop, they said that they can not explain it, but my sim card is broken, and I now have to do a sim swap and it will cost me R110 to do it. When I replied that I'm not happy with the service because of the fact that they can not explain it, and I just need to pay up now, the guy told me, he is sorry theres nothing he can do, and handed me the phone back.
This is ridiculous, up to now, nobody at cell c could explain to me why it happened, there answer just stay, that I have to pay for a sim swop. Also found out that a sim swop is actually R50, but that shops can charge whatever they want to!!!
