STINKING ATTITUDE AND SERVICE

I WENT TO VODACOM SHOP SUNNYSIDE TO HAVE SIM SWAP THEY TOLD ME TO PAY R63-00 FOR THE NEW SIM C ARD WHICH I DID AND THEY TOLD ME THE SIMCARD WILL BE ACTIVE WITHIN TWO HOURS.TO DATE THE SIMCARD IS STILL NOT ACTIVE. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME NOTHING WAS DONE ON THE SIMCARD AND I NEEDED TO GO BACK TO THE SHOP.I CALLED THE SHOP TO EXPLAIN MY PREDICAMENTS AND ALSO THAT I AM FAR FROM THE SHOP AND HAD TAKEN MY CAR FOR SERVICE THAT MORNING.THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE TO ME SAYING THAT ON THEIR SIDE EVERYTHJING IS DONE YET IT TELLS ME "SIMCARD REGISTRATION FAILED" AND THAT THEY SHOULD SORT IT OUT BECAUSE I COULDNT GO THE SHOP.THE THEN TELLS ME ITS MY BUSINESS HOW I GET BACK TO THE SHOP WITH ARROGANCE SPEAKING TO ME AS IF I WAS HER CHILD.I WANT MY SIMCARD SWAPED PERIOD!!! IT MIGHT BE JUST R63-00 BUT ITS MY HARD EARNED MONEY NOT TO MENTION THE FUEL I WILL PUT TO GO FACE THOSE SKUNKS.
