On about the 20th of May 2013, i received a sms stating that i had reached 90% of my Credit on my cellphone contract, i sent my wife to MTN East Rand Mall to try and find out what is happening, she was told it was internet charges, we would have to request a detailed break down of the charges once billing had closed on the 26th of May 2013, on the 28th of May 2013 i phoned 808 customer service and requested this. To date i have not received any feed back. This is a matter of concern as i have never received a cellphone account for the amount of R3600.00, having done nothing different to previous months, please follow up on my behalf.
