NO FEEDBACK FOR BILLING QUERY

I like to extend my unhappiness regarding MTNSP, first dispute arouse on the 20th of August 2013 were I receive a statement that I requested it to be elaborated with a detailed statement which i have been promised till today and what surprise me is I queried that statement and later on the day I receive another statement stating that my current balance outstanding was 0.00 from R1327.30 .After several call conversation with Thabo and last call date was the 05th day of September 2013 I was promised that with 48hrs was going to receive my detailed itemised billing but till today it's still detailed billing.
In addition to that I have been at East Rand mall and East gate mall MTN outlet hoping for clarification but no help till today. I requested for me to return the phone 2weeks after I receive this upgrade and was told that there was n way I was going to be able to return it because it was 7days late but not considering the fact that I wanted to return this phone was after I notice that there was information that was not disclosed to me with the sales person regarding the billing problem.
