My blckberry bold 9900 was returned to me after I waited patiently for 21 days. When I turned the phone on a few minutes later I was surprised to find that the problem that I initially handed it in for still existed (no audio). None of the emails I sent to the store was answered during the day by management. When I went to the store this evening i was told that no repair was done because I rejected the quote. No email or call was made to me confirming any repair that needed to be done or sms confirming my acceptance / rejection of any repair work.
