Afterbeing with Vodacom for over 10 years i am told i cannot be assisted as i am not the account holder.yet they have been gladly taking my money from my account deligently without fail the 1st of each month for over 10yrs.
2idly after being given the "you must be gratefulwe helped you at all service" at mall of the north branch i was even informed i must go to prepaid until i decided whether i wanted to renew my contract. A week after my number is prepaid, i decide now which package i want to take. Guess what
1 the account i have with Vodacom with my data contract is not in my name, so i can't add any contract to it and i must now go get an affidavit to prove it's my account.[nonsense i must just go to my bank and return debit order]
2cannot add my number of the past 15years as i must now wait 6 months.
I must now give you cherry on top, consultant at vodaworld advised to circumvent this i can port my number of[ofto cell c as they are cheapest in market] and will get to keep my number.
I guess this is best advise from my network of 10 years
