I purchased a data stick and have been experiencing problems. I've filled in a fault form & sent it back on 27 May 2013 to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] &; [Email Removed] I've not received any feedback. I've also called customer service & have logged a fault on 2 Feb 2013 Ref: 3050203484. I've also logged a fault prior to this. CellC hasn't come back to me on any of the above. Currently I'm paying for a service that I can't use & I don't think it is fair. When I purchased the data stick it seemed to work fine, then suddenly the light on the data stick lights up to a blue colour but the speed is so slow that it can't even open a Google home page. If I am lucky it opens a Google home page, but I can't even do a search as it times out, so it can't be used at all. I'm surprised that such a big company can't resolve this. Surely it's not impossible to fix? I'm also linked to other mobile networks for years & I've never had such bad service. I decided to try CellC &; I'm really disgusted with the service I'm getting. Please assist in resolving my issue or refund me as right now I'm paying for something that's useless to me.
