I write to express my displeasure at the service of Vodacom. I live in Vorna Valley and everytime there is little or no data coverage. every morning i struggle to open apps on my phone or to go on the internet using a 3G dongle on my laptop. I even phoned vodacom call centre at one stage and they told me that everything is fine and the there is nothing wrong but this this is continuing. I have already switched to MTN on my Ipad and there is strong connectivity 24/7 and im thinking of doing the same to my mobile and 3G dongle if the situation does not change. But i demand answers from vODACOM why connection is bad in Vorna Valley and yet if i drive 3 km to Boulders mall, there is connection?? :?
