Double debited - shocking service

I have been a customer of CELL C for the past 8 years, I have never missed a payment. Yet they decided to double debit my account on the 31st of May, where my account have been up to date.

I have logged this call on the 1st of June to ask why I have been double debited, I am still waiting a response after I have been told it will be resolved within 24 - 72 working hours. They have had 7 working days already and when I phone, I get told that the matter has not been resolved.

If this matter is not resolved within the next 2 days I will close my account, as it is in my opinion.

Lets see how long it takes.
