AFTER MY COMPLAINT ON YOUR SITE, BLANCHE OPPERMAN CONTACTED ME THE NEXT DAY. AFTER VARIOUS INTERACTIONS BY PHONE & E-MAIL, THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION. CELL-C COMPENSATED ME WITH SEVEN GIS OF DATA. IT IS A PITY IT TOOK SO LONG AND ONLY GOT RESOLVED AFTER COMPLAINING ON HELLO-PETER PLATFORM.
HOPE THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN IN FUTURE TO ME OR ANY OTHER CELL-C CUSTOMER.
