This complaint is going on for far to long now. After my last email a guy name Sipho contacted me. He asked that i return my phone and a cancellation with not additional cost other than the pro rata for the month of May 2013. I was charged in full for the month of May firstly, and as per the call centre agents ive been told that my contract is still active.
I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR? WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. I EXPECT AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE FOR THIS IS THE LAST STRAW WITH CELL C. If i am not contacted within five working days i am going to take legal action.
