3g account from R149 to >R2000

I have a 3G contract, and the amount for December was extremely high, from the normal R149 pm to more than R2000. I would like to know how that can be possible before I pay it. I have logged a few requests on their website already regarding an account query, but I have had NO response whatsoever on this. I tried calling the call centre, but am just put on hold.
