Tears of frustration

Ive spoken to numerous people, repeating the same story over and over again. promises to resolve my issues are never fulfilled. My big problem is that every second that passes, i am disadvantaged because to use my phone, i have to buy airtime, while i have 800 free mins that i cannot use. so every call is costing me double.

My new z10 was faulty, so i could never use the micro sim card that was sent with it. now, my number is transferred to my old sim, which is fine, but it has been changed to prepaid.

There are many other issues relating to this one query, but ive already spent days, and hours and hours trying to resolve it. I'm just tired
