Gosh, the staff of Groupon are so impcompetent and rude. I called to find out of a refund and the the consultant Tariq has no manners with dealing with clients. I asked to be put through to a manager and he left me on hold for 20mins to no avail. No manager came to the land.
I requested a refund which has not been processed after a week, surely there should be a better turn around especially when the client is no at fault.
Proper screening should be done of suppliers!!!
