Spend >2h on 3 cals to the call centre
1st operator (Phinda) left me on hold for >40 min saying he was contacting the network division, this after trying to tell me that my cap had run out on an uncapped contract.
2nd eventually agreed there was a network problem, then cut me off
3rd (Stephanie) said that she was unable to assist as I had phoned the wromh No (although it was the same I had just dialled twice before) and gave me another No which nobody answer.
Other MTN clients in the village of Nieu-Bethesda are being given a similar run around over the last few weeks about what is obviously a network problem at the local towe
