I am Palan Pather, I.D. no: 7003035145082, my mtn account no: A0383113
I received a statement for the month of July 2012 from MTN whereby it was clearly shown as a balance due as at 28 JULY 2012 being ZERO owing.
My contract expired as of July 2012 and i was on prepaid service.
in January 2013 i received a call from MTN LEGAL Division stating that if i did not pay R 3366.86 by end January 2013, i will be blacklisted with the ITC.
On the 29 January 2013 i paid R 3366.86 by a cash deposit at ABSA bank Verulam Branch.
In February 2013 i went to MTN store in Gateway, Durban to see the status of my account. the consultant stated that my account was activated and that i had a credit balance of R2500.00 .
I queried this with MTN legal and they stated that they would email me correspondance, still no response till this date, i went to MTN in gateway on 9 June 2013 to renew my contract and found that i was off the system and no longer a customer.
After being a loyal customer since MTN came to South Africa i am totally digusted with MTN's customer care.
WHERE IS MY HARD EARNED MONEY that MTN owes ME.
Please PETER help me get back my money.
