I laid a complaint on 3 June 2013 regarding a huge account I received after upgrading to the Blackberry Z10, nobody explained to me that I dont have the Blackberry roaming. I was told that my Business Chat 400 would stay exactly the same untill July when my upgrade would then change to the new package of 2G data per month. I made sure to double check this with the consultant.
After receiving this massive bill I asked to see the Manager at the Ring Road store, she was not interested to see me, she told her consultant that I should write a e-mail. I did this and on Friday again asked the consultant that I want the Managers details, I am still waiting for her to get in contact with me.
Absolutely shocking Service from a Manager!!!
