I am unable to mention everything that is wrong with Cell C's service as the list is just too long so I will be as brief as possible: I have been struggling for 3 months to get some sort of throughput. I logged my 1st call 5 March, I was asked 3 times to complete a network log sheet (which was completed and sent the 1st time I was asked). I eventually got a reference number (1763689). After three visits from the technician, i was told that there was nothing Cell C can do. I was told that I could cancel my contract if there is no improvement. After notifying Cell C that I would like to cancel, it's been 11 days and I am still waiting and in the meantime, another deductions for the month. I did some research and looked at discussion forums (goes back 3 years ago) of customers complaints. It's shocking to see that customers are still complaining about the same thing. I am disgusted and disappointed at Cell C's service.
