I bought a huawei B683 router from telkom. on the 6/14 /2013 i took it to telkom in cresta for repairs because the router stopped working. dispatch no: teld396390. i received an sms that i must pay R180 .00 into their absa acc which i did. i went to collect the router on thursday 20/6/2013. no one told me that it was not repaired. at home i discovered that the router was still faulty. on saturday 22/6/2013 i took it back to cesta. on the computer is showed repairs is more that the cost of item. there was no manager in the store. the consultant tried phoning their repairs centre. he could not get through. they said unfortunately there was nothing they could do. i paid R180 handling fee and was not informed that they did not repair the router.
