So the story goes on - two weeks now and still it's me phoning in me trying to solve the problem.
When I call they can't help so they say they will add a note to get someone to contact me NEVER HAPPENS!!! Still waiting.
Called this morning Data Centre asked for assistance the consultant advised me he cant not assist I must call the billing department - MY QUERY IS THE DATA USAGE!!! He says he can't help so then I phone the billing department and guess what THEY CANT HELP SO WHO THE CAN HELP ME???
Even writing the complaints DONT HELP VODACOM JUST RESPONCE LIKE COMPUTER GENERATE SYSTEMS A CONSULTANT WILL GET BACK TO YOU HELLO IM WAITING ITS FRUSTRATING
