I logged a complaint with HeloPeter on the 3rd of June re the bad service of MTN. I immediately received a response on HeloPeter apologising for any inconveniece caused and that the matter will be investigated.
What a laugh!
To date (5 days later) I did not hear a word from MTN.
Service bad or BAD!! Still paying my monthly subscription with NO phone to use. You go MTN!
