I had an email from 8ta Social media previously to respond on detailed problem which I replied to the email. have had no call since. I called the support line for ref 5981980 and spoke to Sameer. She first said their systems were updating and I asked them to return my call when it was back up. they never did... When i called back i was told to call back on monday after 8 to speak to Credit vetting. No idea why, and was not helpful at all I AM AT WORK and work in a Support Centre myself. I give up folks, no one has attempted to contact me although they said they have. they called on my alternative number and not my cell, and when they did contact me on my cell they used the excuse they had the wrong details... so then how did they contact me? its on every 8ta report.

Please, my internet is not working for me, i need to cancel without penalties since no technician has come to assist. This is a breach of contract and I am now contacting legal wise, this is against CPA. Please can someone CALL me after 6:pm so I may get assisted at my computer. If not I am putting a stop order on my account. I know my rights.
