I moved my internet across back to Telkom WEEKS ago. The call centre falls to pieces when you tell them you can't open Internet Explorer as I work on a Mac. No one has a clue how to set anything up. Eventually pay a technician from the Hillcrest branch to come and help, which works for 2 hours then stops. Eventually go to Apple specialists who sort out email etc. I still have not set up account information with Telkom (using my preexisting email accounts in the mean time) because every time I try to call technical support (ironically, the same election to report a fault), I get cut off after 15-20 mins of listening to the worst background music ever. I fear I might lose the will to live if I have to call 10210 again. Can SOMEONE please help me with my account settings? I have to resort to social media to get anywhere :(
