I have a contract with 400MB per month starting on the 1st. On Friday 31st May I was out with friends and my cell phone lost all battery at about 10.30pm. I did not recharge until about 7.30 am. At 7.29am I was sent a message saying I had 98MB remaining. Then at 10.12am an sms saying all data hed been used, then on the 3rd at 2.41pm I had 99MB remaing and then on the 3rd at 11.45am my internet was paused due to it all being used up. I have been away from the 3rd, on my return today I have made 4 calls to the call centre. The 1st and the 3rd the consultant dropped the call. On the 2nd the consultant couldn't help me as I didn't know all the security info (my fault) On the fourth I was on the call for over minutes, spoke to 4 consultants and the only one offered was to "escalate" and I would be given an answer in 72 working hours. That's by MOnday 5.30pm. In the meantime my data cannot be turned on. I have uncapped wifi at work and home. I turn my data off when roaming and in the past my data lasts until the 29th ish. This is a blatent system error proven by not only a dead battery but also the mixed sms's showing a data increase. Call centre unhelpful and solution disappointing.
