Fustrated with the service

I have a one2one sim card and had to have a sim swap done on monday as I had lost the card. Since then I was told 48 hours then it will be activated and yet I sit with the sim and its still not activated. Now I can not do any online banking as I need my sim to do that. No one gets back to me or lets me know whats going on and I am getting rather fustrated.
