About 3 weeks ago a technician was sent to sort out the poor signal in buccluech area.
i was told that it take 1 week to get feed back.up to now no email or calls from 8ta.
seems nowadays service providers just want to make a sale and when there is a problem the pass the buck.
most of the time when you call a call center they are not helpful.
iam can guarantee you that 8ta will reply and say WE WILL CONTACT OR MAIL YOU.
people who dont value there jobs and cant speak properly show not be working in call centre
