My Complaint of the 23rd of April 2013 refers. More than a month after I lodged a complaint on and was promised that the issue would be attended to as a matter of urgency, by the person responding to my compliant, and that I would be contacted by the investigation team from Mtn, I still have not been contacted in any way. I am still experiencing slow internet and there is nothing that I can do about it. This is very frustrating. Ref number 0047154
