BACK TO MY PROBLEMS WITH NASUA HEAD OFFICE- SAMANTHA SOLOMONS.

It was a long process before i got my line finally activated. Nashua suggested i sign a new contract for this line, by the way i have 5 contracts with them. i suggested the remaining period be completed. there was no further communication. Its now time to upgrade my lines, to my surprise this particular line has another 15mnths to go. I did not sign any new contracts.

You will however need to choose a new special with a new device as it is not fair of you to have the old device for 24 more months, .
Once you have received the new device, we will collect the old handset from you. 14/AUG/2012

May we also request that our sales agents give you a call to sign up for a new deal as the deal in May 2011 has now expired and the blackberry 9800 is now discontinued 6/AUG/2012

The device was not collected though, hence you are still obliged to complete the 24 months when we activated the billing on the line.
The option to provide you with a new device was for you to choose a new contract which would have started on the month when the billing began 07/05/2013
