Apolling service I keep getting from vodacom

I had a contract with vodacom I phone on the 31 of January requesting cancellation, which I was told it will be done my info has been sent to the relevant department. All along I was paying r279 as of end of February they started charging me r349 when I called to inquire to my surprise I was told I did an upgrade when I asked which phone did i take I didn't get an answer they continued charging me r349 I called again in may 29 the lady made me wait for a good 20min and she never came back until I hung up she said she was checking why the amounts changed. I called again on the 31st of may the lady gave me a ref number and said its sorted and they'll refund me they billed me again yesterday I phoned them today the lady refused to give the phone to a manager advices me to wait for another 5 working days if they don't get back to I must call again there's isn't much she can do. Before that I went to their brunch in rand burg score they made wait the lady ended up assisting other customers that came after me. I called server all times no1 is willing to assist
