I took out a 2 g data deal with Vodacom through Nashua Mobile and 1 of the questions I asked Ash was if I could get 2 sims cards - one micro sim for my iPad and a 64 k sim for my computer. He said yes, we can do this and I signed. When I went home to test this, the 64 k sim couldn't pick up a network however the micro sim was fine. Despite numerous visits and phone calls to the same Musgrave branch no one has bothered to help or even call me back on my complaint. I can't remember the amount of times I was promised a phone call back and it was simply not delivered upon.
As far as I'm concerned this contract was sold to me under false promises and I should be able to cancel. Should this not be resolved in the next 2 working days, I will take this to the ombudsman.
