Bad service

Hi Peter,

I contacted MTN a number of times requesting a account statement for my contract. I was helped by the persons named above. I contacted them three weeks ago and still haven't received any feedback. It is not my fist time experiencing bad service from them. They only deliver once i complain to peter.
