Just a great thank you to Gavin and everybody at Awesome Tools for replacing the damaged pouch of my Leatherman Surge.
After using it for only the fourth time the belt loop started separating from the pouch.
The team at Awesome Tools was willing to replace it for me even though it is not covered by the 25 year guarantee.
