Has any one tried getting hold of a manager at MTN to complain about the shocking service delivery and lack of response. It has taken me more than 4 days to actually talk to someone who was willing to assist me regarding the MTN Samsung Promo. The store was supposed to keep me updated, never happened. Tried calling and mailing Brightpoint, no response via phone or mail. How can a major player in the Cellphone market allow themselves to be dragged down by a fly by night company. MTN are big enough to use a better courier service to deliver the promo's they offer. I am of a mind to stop my debit order until said TV is delivered. After all MTN have not delivered on their promise when I upgraded my contract. I would seriously love to have a reply to this complaint from MTN. Can I have MTN blacklisted for not delivering on their contract with me, as they will do if I decide not to pay my contract at the end of June. Do I have some recourse with the Consumer Complaints Commission regarding this issue. I will certainly be porting my number to one of our other service provides at the end of this contract. Thanks for loosing another loyal long service regular paying customer MTN.
